MICKIE HALLIDAY
Commerical/Personal Lines
Mickie’s roots run deep in the Hood River Valley, with her great-great grandparents settling in the early 1900s. Coming from a long line of farmers, her family continues to operate a pear orchard in Parkdale.

Mickie graduated from Western Oregon University with a degree in Economics in 2006. Her career journey has traversed various industries, including commercial lending, insurance and agriculture. These experiences have equipped her with a multifaceted skill set and a unique perspective.

Outside of work, Mickie cherishes spending time with her daughters, Taylor and Kaylee, exploring hiking trails or hitting the slopes for a skiing adventure.
MARI-BETH GUENTHER, MBA
Personal Lines/Life Insurance
Mari-Beth Guenther, a proud graduate of Oregon State University – Go Beavs! – obtained her MBA in 2007. With a background spanning banking, non-profit, and financial sectors, Mari-Beth brings a diverse skill set to Crown Point Insurance.

Mari-Beth's commitment extends beyond her professional endeavors to her community. She serves on the United Way of the Columbia Gorge council, lends her expertise to the Hood River Valley Little League Board, and is the PTO President at Mid Valley Elementary. Additionally, Mari-Beth chairs the Hood River County School District Collaborative PTO group and volunteers as a 4-H leader with the Westside Wranglers.

Her dedication to both her clients and her community reflects Mari-Beth's unwavering commitment to making a positive impact. With her passion for service and wealth of experience, Mari-Beth is an invaluable asset to our team.

JOE GUENTHER, CFP®
Financial Advisor/Life Insurance
Motivated by a desire to enhance the customer experience when it came to life insurance offerings he helped created Crown Point Insurance, a sister company to Crown Point Wealth Advisors.

Joe enjoys customer interactions and helping clients develop financial goals and habits. As an entrepreneur, Joe has long been able to empathize with a broad spectrum of individuals and business owners alike. While Joe’s professional career keeps him behind a desk he has never been afraid of getting dirty and getting some sweat on his brow.
Born and raised in Oregon, Joe spent his summers growing up on the southern Oregon coast working on his family's ranch. After high school Joe attended Oregon State University where he majored in business administration with an emphasis on finance. Joe enjoys spending time with his family and friends, exercising, remodeling houses and working around his farm.
